Had a very good experience with all the staff at Wagly
I love that the staff is educated and trained on animal behavior/psychology. I feel confident with my baby with Wagly.
Wow! If I were a dog, this is where I’d like to be!
Knowledgeable staff who showed respect and care for my dog and myself.
My dog had a blast and the whole experience was so quick and easy! Great staff and facility too.
This place was great! They groomed my puppy with ease and the prices were very reasonable. I will be going back.
My dog is a long haired Springer mix and I usually have difficulty finding a place that knows how to properly groom and trim his long coat. The campus is beautiful and everyone that greeted us at the front desk was extremely friendly. We will definitely be back!
I honestly don’t know what I would do without Wagly. I love the way Julie cuts my dog’s hair (Rufus) – she has 17 years of experience and Rufus looks fantastic each time he is groomed and it grows out nicely also so he looks cute for the entire 7 weeks! I have the unlimited doggie daycare plan and it is well worth it!
Daniel took my Lulu, 4-year-old aggressive dachshund mix, for training and brought her back a respectful, calm pet. With her wonderful, new demeanor, I can relax when I need to leave her alone sometimes.
I needed somewhere for my special needs dog to stay while we moved, and Wagly did an amazing job. Because my large pup is dog reactive, I was nervous to board him anywhere. Since he couldn’t be around other dogs, they made sure he got lots of human interaction. We couldn’t have gotten through the transition without Wagly.
We went away for a vacation, so we sent our 2 seven-month-old kittens to there for 2 nights. The staff there are friendly, the cat condo is new, and they sent us updated emails about our kittens. The whole place looks nice and clean.
Tried a trial day (free!) for day care and both my dog and I loved it! They are a VERY clean facility. The best part is being able to be a crazy dog mom and watch your dog from their HIGH QUALITY and NO LAG live stream.
I just started taking my golden retriever this week to Wagly for doggy day care […].The place is very clean and there is a vet on staff if anything happens.
I love the people here! They all know us by name and our dog gets so excited when we pull up. They also have the most affordable day care packages that I’ve ever found in the area.
I just want to express my deepest gratitude [to the Wagly Lake Hills] team. My 6 year old Chihuahua Dottie was in need of a leg amputation from the result of previous injury and the service from the staff at Wagly was more than amazing. Thank all of you beautiful souls again for your kindness.
Wagly has everything at one location. The vet was fantastic with my anxious Morkie. Everyone is friendly and professional. Love this place!
Wagly is the ONLY facility I trust to take care of my Shiba Inu with the utmost care and professionalism. I asked the staff so many questions on the phone, prior to my dog’s first visit, and they answered them all with honesty and in complete transparency so I felt very safe in my decision of leaving him there.
Wow…is the word that sums up Wagly Lake Hills. We are first-time puppy owners and recently moved to the Washington area. The entire staff is extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Service level is amazing.
I really could write pages about how wonderful Wagly is. The thought and care they put into both the humans and animals is over the top. Their hours work for every working family, they have a monthly pay-plan to make those annual visits a financial ease, they have unbelievable caring and knowledgeable staff. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation, ever. We will NEVER switch vets again.
I just started taking my golden retriever this week to Wagly for doggy day care which drop off is at 7AM and the latest pick up is at 9PM. The place is very clean and there is a vet on-staff if anything happens.
We took the training class offered by Cynthia and it was awesome. It was a six week class and it covered all the basic commands: sit, stay, leave it, etc. She gives you a clicker so you can teach your dog how to associate the sound with a treat; it really works!
Tracy came to my house today to groom my dog, Griffey and it was SUCH a great experience. She showed up right on time and within an hour, had Griffey washed, groomed and looking great! I’ve tried several different groomers in the Seattle area and she did a better job than all of them. Plus, I loved that Griffey seemed relaxed and happy when he was done and didn’t have to spend time in a kennel waiting for his turn or be gone the entire day. I’m a very picky dog-mom and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Wagly again. So happy to have found a service that is so great!
