3. Log Data

When you visit the Site as a user just browsing (a “Wagly.com User”), our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). Wagly uses Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, which is based on Google Display Advertising. Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting uses cookies. You can choose to opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and manage Google Display Network ads using Google Ads Settings. We use the information provided by this service (such as age, gender and interests) to improve the usability of the Site and Service, and to deliver more relevant content.

5. Web Beacons

Our Web pages contain electronic images known as Web beacons (sometimes called single-pixel gifs) and are used along with cookies to compile aggregated statistics to analyze how our site is used and may be used in some of our emails to let us know which emails and links have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our customer communications and marketing campaigns.

6. Phishing

The Service is hosted in and provided from the United States.
